WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU VISIT
And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. Hebrews 10:24-25 (ESV)
Visiting a new church can be intimidating. What should I wear? Where do I park? Where do my kids go?
We want you to feel completely comfortable when you visit, so we’ve answered some frequently asked questions below. If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The worship service is at 10:30 am on Sunday mornings. CBC’s main service involves worship that highlights the weekend’s theme through an eclectic mix of music, drama, and media.
We want you to feel comfortable. After all, we are thrilled that you’re joining us, and we want you to be more focused on the service than what you’re wearing. In the summertime, it is not uncommon to see people wearing sandals and shorts. Others prefer to dress business casual, and that’s fine too! We think you’ll fit in no matter how you dress.
CBC’s KidZone is the perfect place for your children to go while you attend the worship service. If you would like your children (infants – fifth grade) to attend KidZone, please stop by the information desk and someone will be happy to direct you.
CBC is supported by its members, so if you are visiting, please do not feel obligated – you are welcome to just let the offering bag pass you by.
